Little Creatures

Meet the amazing reptiles, small mammals and invertebrates from a variety of ecosystems around the world.

This is a fun, energetic, and affordable educational program that introduces kids of all ages to animals and their environments, highlights their adaptations for survival, and teaches kids and adults alike about responsible pet ownership.

Price: $210 + tax

Package includes

  • 60-minute presentation
  • 1 Professional Wildlife Educators
  • 8 animals may include snakes, lizards, tortoises and small mammals (species vary by availability)
  • Cost includes one show; additional presentations available at $145 + tax per hour

Our amazing touring exhibit of the same name is now available for all sorts of shows!

Explore some of the unique mechanisms of self-defence that reptiles, amphibians, mammals and invertebrates have evolved. Why are ferrets so flexible? What do tarantulas protect themselves from predators? Find the answers to these questions and more in this exploration of amazing animal adaptations and instincts.

  • Live animals may include uromastyx, ferret, hedgehog, skunk, small crocodilian, larger python, and chameleon, red foot tortoise or snapping turtle

This is our most popular package, which includes an exciting look at some of our larger animals.

Meet reptiles, mammals, invertebrates, and birds — including a large snake, a giant rabbit, and a crocodilian. You’ll learn about their behaviour, their habitats, conservation, and why they got so big, in a demonstration that is safe and healthy for animals and people alike.

Price: $345 + tax

  • 1 Professional Wildlife Educators
  • Live animals which may include skunk, larger snake, red-footed tortoise, bird, armadillo or skunk, tarantula, larger lizard and larger crocodilian! (species may vary by availability)
  • Additional presentations at the same date and location cost just $195 + tax per hour

Whole Wild World!

This is an expanded presentation where you can experience some of the most amazing animals in our care.

Meet the majestic colourful parrots, huge snakes, and even crocodilians in our care. This fun, highly educational show highlights the diversity of species found on our great continent. Learn about conservation and find out how you can help encourage responsible pet ownership and act locally to save species at home.

Price: $495 + tax

  • 60-minute presentation
  • 2 Professional Wildlife Educators
  • Animals may include fox (Ottawa only), bird of prey or large parrot, armadillo, skunk, tarantula, larger crocodilian, large turtle, and a larger reticulated python — the world’s longest snake species! (species may vary by availability)
  • Additional presentations at the same date and location cost just $245 +tax per hour
